“Got my black box about a week ago and it’s brought my score down for “phone usage”. I’ve had my maps open and that is it.”

Hello Poppy, Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry to see that you're not having the best experience with the Youdrive policy. Please note, we ask that you do not give the paired phone to passengers while the car is moving as this can impact the score. The app only recognises use not the user. If you use Bluetooth controls to change the screen, while the car is driving, this could also impact the score. If these aren't being done and the issue continues, please give the team a call on 0333 321 9801 so they can take a look at this for you. ~Theo, Social Media Team
