“Cancelled the policy of my new car within 14 days, as their "You drive" app does not support multiple cars registration. I do have another car already registered with them. Did not inform about any app limitations and did not throw any errors when linked the app to my new car. The car insurance is auto cancelled by them and received the info after 4 hours Lost money for the month and could not revive the policy.”

Hello Harish, Thank you for your feedback and I regret if this wasn't clear. Only one device is sent to policyholders which can in turn only be attached to one vehicle. If the app and tab isn't paired within the relevant time frame, the policy will be cancelled. We do strive to make this as clear as possible and we'll pass this review back to the relevant team so the clarity of this information can be reviewed.
