“Its a shame that you spoil things with renewals that are very pricey compared to the previous year. Even when I phoned to tell the centre they were still way expensive. I had already been online and got a requote based on a new policy, which was substantially lower than quoted. WHY?”

“Called them once and the customer advisor was friendly and helpful. Got through pretty quickly. Did try to use the home emergency cover once that came with the policy and they wouldn't cover my boiler repair!”
