“Use hastingsdirect.com, for my home insurance, as my current provider, renewal come in way over , what I expected to pay , use a comparison site to compare different quotes, hastingsdirect.com was very good value and competitive, as they hold my car insurance also, got a extra 10 % off , also I can log in to my Hastings account, and view both of my policies in one place, being a person of the older generation, I like to have my documents printed and sent to me , which they can do for me .”

“Downloaded and install the app immediately to ensure I was complying. I’ve still received no tab after 10 days and two separate chases.
I’m now being told my policy cancel in seven days if I don’t link my app to the tab that I’m yet to receive. I’m really not sure what I need to do, but I don’t think this is a good service given that I’ve tried to do everything I can to ensure that I get the tab on time.”

“Conflicting advice from phone handlers … one said the discount on house insurance only applied if I had multi vehicle motor insurance.
When I phoned in again another told me that discount was already applied on the quote but when I asked for the difference in £ she didn’t know !!!!
Not impressed but managed to get £20 off by going to the Go Compare website rather than using your own people”
