“So far no problems as Hastings was very good to deal with. I hope to renew next year, if there are no large price increases as seems to be the case with the majority of insurance policies.”

“I originally was sceptical about having a black box but it is actually quite forgiving and overall i do like it. It also saved 2000 pounds which is worth it”

“Complete shambles for information from Claims department. Each person gives different and wrong information. I am still waiting - 3 weeks after my claim to have a Handler go and see my car to view the damage. I am writing to the management about the lack of training for the claims department and their lack of protocol knowledge.”

“The web site is easy to use and I found the prices - especially the multi-car insurance - very competitive. The various factors covered and their repective excess charges were clearly laid out. Altogether a (relatively) painless experience.”
