“Changed to Hastings on line just over a year ago. On renewal I had a issue which was sorted via a telephone call very,very efficiently . the phone was answered within 2 minutes and the agent ,after going through security had all my details etc and simply sorted my issue. Thats what I call service as it used to be. Would recommend on this basis alone!”
