“The process of purchase was nice and easy, the company itself is better than any insurance company i’ve been with, great options and excellent level of independence for a “black box”. However customer service can be more professional contacting and speaking to one of the employees was not a good experience, they was a little impatient and she had attitude which wasn’t necessary even after wrongfully answering my question. But forgiveness is free and Hasting is incredible.”
