“Could not get black box to work was told it will not work till the policy start date is reached would have saved a lot of faffing about if it was stated in the instructions”

“It was pretty straightforward to sort insurance out. The only thing I think you should be able to do once insurance is established, if you have an odd question you should be able to speak to someone by phone”
