“I have taken car insurance with you two weeks ago and it has been 10 days that I am away from the country and you have cancel my policy. It has been a three times that I tried to call you guys to explain that I am away and I’ve been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 30 minutes and when the phone was answered, it was hanged up very poor customer service.
