Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. I cancelled a contents insurance policy that has been active for over one year because I moved out the property and into a new one. I had a couple of weeks where I was still renting and there was overlap with the house bought. During this time I took out another policy with them for the second house. When I cancelled the first one, they said there was a £30 cancellation fee and I asked them to waive it since I had already taken out another policy with them (which was higher value as buildings + contents). They said they wouldn’t as I arranged it through a third party aggregator! I pointed out the loyalty I had to them and that this would affect my decision to renew. The “senior customer solutions and support specialist” then accused me of blackmail. Absolutely appalling way to treat a customer and certainly will never use them again.

Would of give it 5 stars but when I wanted to start the insurance a day earlier than original quote they wanted to charge me an extra 60 pounds
