“after spending 30 minutes sending a copy of NBC from my previous insurer with proof of two years no claims, you have sent a policy with one years no claims, also it is impossible to get to speak to a human , please advise how much it would cancel my policy with you ,thankyou.”

“Received a quote from my current car insurance policy provider. It had gone up slighly, so used MoneySpuermarket to get some alternative quotes.
Hastings was the best price and almost 20% cheaper than the quote I'd received from my current provider - an absolute no brainer to switch across. Very simple process and money saved. Everything is in the app so should be straight forward to monitor and update as required.

The Youdrive policy is slightly different to a standard car insurance product, and we appreciate that it’s not for everyone. We do ask that you read the terms before you buy the policy as we strive to make it clear what kind of policy this is and what is required before it is purchased. “I was with Hastings before, but when renewal came around the premiums went up an unjustifiable amount for the same vehicle and policy, so I switched to a competitor. Now the competitor has done the same to me, and Hastings is offering even more coverage at a cheaper total price. I also have bike insurance with Hastings and my renewal is cheaper this year, would have been cool if I could have taken out a multi-vehicle policy for a further discount, but for now am happy to be paying £20 pcm less than last year”
