“Staff were very helpful. My Hasting car renewal was much more expensive than other quotes I had. When I explained this to the agent they were able to match my lower quotes. So was happy to stay with Hastings. Only disappointing thing was why wasn’t I given the lower renewal in the first place??”

“Seems ok but until you make a claim it’s impossible to say whether it’s good or bad. Ridiculous to ask for a review in my opinion at this stage. One thing though I think it’s wrong to take payment before cover is in place”

“To date the experience I have had with Hastings is limited to taking out home insurance with them. To that extent I found that Hastings offered a product that I believe meets my home insurance requirements at a competitive price. The "buying" experience (which took the form of completing on-line "forms" was relatively simple and straightforward and completed with minimal fuss. In summary all looks good so far.”

“I bought the policy but later saw that my old policy was renewed from the same company. I called and cancelled the renewed policy. This time I saw that my new policy had changed to my old home address. When I tried to correct it in the system again, I was charged an extra fee. The system changed the address on its own but I paid for it.”
