“Really bad,i had a issue were they refused to insure me as i hadnt declared 3 points i didnt realise i had too so my fault,then was given a new policy which i paid 118.00 for ,then they demand 417.00 for the policy i wanted to cancel no they cancelled? Then they offer me a payement plan ,so i ring up cant have that as weve put your new policy on old policy our error,now you cant have a policy need 2nd new polixy in a week one hour and a half i was on the phone one call operator actually said hes going off for his lunch hour would eing me later im fuming”
