“I purchased car insurance and within 5 mins I realised a typo error on the application I called straight away to amend but was still charged £20 admin fee. Even if I wanted to cancel. Ridiculous”

Like most other insurers, our fees cover some of our business costs, like staffing our contact centres, managing your policy, and maintaining and developing our systems. We try to keep our fees in line with other insurers.
