“I was told I'd get my fob in a matter of days. Its been over 2 wks now and still no fob or explanation as to why it hasn't arrived. Otherwise the entire process was hassle free and website/app easy to navigate. Looking forward to a much better experience than from my past insurers”

We normally cancel a policy when the conditions of your insurance haven’t been met. You should’ve received a few notifications weeks in advance informing you what needed to be done to prevent the cancellation and when it would be cancelled if those actions weren't taken. We’re sorry if you didn’t see these.
