All I wanted was a actual person to discuss renewal ended up renewing without actual contact from a human tried you chat bot No reply .. tried you email No reply.... 😒 Seeiously if your goina charge so much a human to answer the phone would be a nice personal touch ..... PS ...no free phone no to ring ? My phone wouldn't accept your telephone no .cause limited access

I was told I'd get my fob in a matter of days. Its been over 2 wks now and still no fob or explanation as to why it hasn't arrived. Otherwise the entire process was hassle free and website/app easy to navigate. Looking forward to a much better experience than from my past insurers

You cancel the insurance policy less than 2cweeks

Hello,  Thanks for your review, we’re sorry to read about the cancellation of your policy. We normally cancel a policy when the conditions of your insurance haven’t been met. You should’ve received a few notifications weeks in advance informing you what needed to be done to prevent the cancellation and when it would be cancelled if those actions weren't taken. Had a renewal which when I rang to pay they said they couldn’t renew . This occurred 3 times each without the ability to give a reason .
