“Not happy with the little black box it is so sensitive that I touch the brakes to brake and it saying I brake to hard and my son in the passager seat picked up my phone and answered it and I got told I used the phone while driving and I have never done that and it's upset me really.”

Thank you for your review. Anyone who uses the phone while driving will be classed as phone use, as it’s linked to the MyAccount and app.
In terms of sensitivity, it’s set to a standard level based on how cars operate and the braking distance needed to slow down or stop safely.
