“The person, Fola, to whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful. I paid on Visa over the phone and everything ie policy booklet, confirmation that policy was now active etc arrived as he said they would. The only thing missing appears to be confirmation to Confused.com that it was bought using theirwebsite so I am not being offered the promised reward! Even so I would recommend Hastings as it was so good to be able to talk to a real person.”
