“The various stages of providing relevant information were easy to follow and complete. The price was very competitive and included a lot of extra benefits as standard. Much better value than other car insurers that I have purchased from in the past. Hastings also offer "storm damage" as a reason for claims whereas most other insurers blame the last person who drove the car as responsible even if the car was
parked unattended on a driveway when the damage occurred.”

“I had great difficulty trying to contact someone regarding changing auto renewal on the policy, I think I worked out it out in my account,but I still haven’t heard from you yet.”

“Very disappointed. I have many years motorcycle experience but because I have not had a policy for 4 years, you treat me like I have kust passed my test.
I then spotted that the Tracker was not included on the Policy. I rang and advised and asked how much this would reduce the premium. Answer - nothing. Why should I spend £119 per year for a tracker which reduces your risk but has no effect on the premium.”

I'm sorry that we were unable to offer you a more competitive price this year. I'm afraid if no claims aren't used for two years they you do need to start from 0 once more if insuring with Hastings Direct. “Easily completed, especially to have the on-board monitoring device that has initially reduced the premimum but also makes you more conscious of your driving, that may in turn, futurewise, reduce the premimum even more (bad driving could increase it). I highly recommend it.”
