“Miss sold the policy unbelievable attempts to phone the company live chat if so not 24/7 and can take 72 hours to get a response with another 72 hours for that reply finally get through to speak to someone who doesn't understand my English”

“Not happy with the little black box it is so sensitive that I touch the brakes to brake and it saying I brake to hard and my son in the passager seat picked up my phone and answered it and I got told I used the phone while driving and I have never done that and it's upset me really.”
