“I phoned to explain my car was in the garage and couldn’t fit the tracker until it was back, I still received numerous emails and messages to tell me my policy is about to be cancelled unless the tracker was fitted immediately. Quite poor communication”

We normally cancel a policy when the conditions of your insurance haven’t been met or if this was requested. You should’ve received a letter or email explaining why this was done but we’re sorry if you didn’t see these.
