“It was all very straightforward online. I thought Hastings might have asked if I had a dash cam fitted as other insurance companies do , offering a reduction on the premium. Other than that, all good”

“Have an online account got a quote to swap vehicles - go to pay and error message comes up to call - told I needed to get a quote on the day of changing but price could go up - tried again and quote did go up by £10 but again error - I call only to be told double again what the quote was. Not a great experience and one I will remember when (not!!!!) renewing next year. £55 I had to pay extra will be the last I do with Hastings!!!!”
