“Tried to change my policy on the app.had to phone as it took too long. I was then told we can’t find the car you want insured.ended up having to set up a completely new policy.which took ages to complete”

“Caring understanding listening to me as a person. Advisor was genuinely interested in helping me to achieve the right level of cover for my needs affording me cover as and when it may be needed as I am a disabled pensioner I really appreciated speaking with a human being. Having been with my previous insurer for many years and a change of their under writer a rise in premium I was fortunate to speak with Hastings direct 👍”
