“As a first time driver I found Hastings direct to offer both the best cover and it was the most competitive price with a recognised insurance company. In addition the app was simple to use and it means all of my insurance documents are stored together in one place and easily found.”

“While the telephony contact is great, no customer contact email address exists for this business. The in-app chat does selective responding. Where you make and highlight 4 questions, you will be lucky to get a half-hearted response on one. Never using again.”

“Very Happy with Call to Hastings to sort out my car insurance. My husband has car insurance already so we were able to get Multi car. The advisor explained how it worked for renewal etc and I saved £60 from other quotes.i already gave my home insurance with Hastings too and always had good value & service so happy to have All our insurances under same Group.”
