As a result, it is possible that prices can vary internally and at times you can go online and find a more competitive price. In this situation just give the renewals team a call and they can try and match the price if the details of both quotes are the same. “Hastings direct was the stand out option on the comparison site that I used the policy offered was equal to if not better than other companies and at a much more competitive price as they are a well established company with a good reputation I had no hesitation in booking my car insurance with them for the next 12 months”

“It's good cover from a brand I know. The price could be less especially with a long nose claims history. I could've got cheaper but don't like using brand I've never heard of.”

“Iv been with your company for years but every time it due to renew you send me silly quotes then when I go on compare your the cheapest but over 200 pound cheaper than the quotes you give”
