“I changed my car insurance to Hastings as a result of searching on a price comparison site. The original quote was going to save me £150 but, as I have an older vehicle, I decided to wait a few days until putting it through an MOT in case it neaded major work and I chose to change the car instead. Fortunately, it passed so I immediately went online to renew the insurance. However, as there were just 2 days to go until my previous polcy expired, the price had gone up by £50. I tried another comparison site and reduced it by £22 but still more that the original quote. That increase is the only reason that I didn't give a score of 5 out of 5.”

“Been with them for 2 years never had a clam went to insure new bike after 1 hour on phone I was told thay can't insurance my bike and cancelled my insurance so I went online and I got insurance with Hastings I always pay my insurance for the year they did that last year so I lost my ncd waste of time”

“Hasting's has an awfully undeserved rep for its blackboxes. As a young driver, I went with ComparetheMarket, which I chose solely for the sake of liking meerkats. My first quote was under £1400 a year, for an Audi A3 with a blackbox. Everyone panics because blackboxes are supposed to be horrible little things, but Hastings, these are genuinely sensational. No curfew, no strict policies, they are genuinely the best telematic insurance provider to go with. Amazing from this company to be honest.”
