Worst Company ever, Got insured with them last year - and after i had payed they came back and asked for several documents - sent documents to them 4 times and each time they came back saying they have still not received the document. This year they renewed my policy and after i have payed my renewal they come back and said there is a discrepancy in my driving licence date and they are going to charge me extra 60 quid. Called customer service and got cut off and now trying to call them been on hold for 45 minutes. If i knew i would go through so much stress i would never had insured with these guy - Please take my advice and run as far as possible from this shambles of a company i don not understand how this company is still running, not even 1 satisfied customer why have they not been investigated.

I call to insurance four times all the time someone pick up my call and drop it. Finally when one lady pick up my call and i explained her that I need pay for my insurance but owner is my wife she said that I need permission from her so i passed phone to my wife and this person put my call on hold after 5 minutes she come back so I asked her why she done it? Littlebit later shi dropped my call with no answer. This insurance is one BIG JOKE just think who are you insuring to....

When i took out a policy with them it took me 10 days of continuous calling to speak to someone other than automated to finalise the agreement. A year later, i get the renewal and i call, only this time i am bounced around and blind transferred to different departments by their offshore team. All i want to do is give them my business and i cant speak to anyone without being put on hold without warning, for no apparent reason. After three days i gave up and went with a diff company. Utterly useless. Their customer service is inadequate. Take my advice and keep well away

DISGUSTING COMPANY!! CUTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!! FIRST DAY 31/04/2017 I PAID £424 FOR INSURANCE. MY INSURANCE WASN'T DUE TO RENEWAL UNTIL 04/04/2017 THEY THEN ASKED FOR FURTHER DETAILS, I ASKED WHY, THEY COULDN'T ANSWER THAT, TRIED TO CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE, WAS ON HOLD FOR 76MINUTES, WHAT A JOKE!!! I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE BEFORE IT EVEN STARTED...... ALOT OF EMAILS WERE EXCHANGED FOR A PERIOD OF 3-4 DAYS AND BY THEN MY INSURANCE HAD STARTED (LESS THAN 24 HOURS) FINALLY AFTER WRITING A 'NOT SO NICE' EMAIL THEY AGREED TO REFUND ME, BUT TOOK £35 AND SAID IT WAS A CANCELLATION FEE.... YET I HAD ASKED THEM TO CANCEL IT BEFORE THE INSURANCE HAD COMMENCED. THEY ALSO DEDUCTED £1.67 FOR THE TIME MY CAR WAS INSURED. UTTERLY DISGUSTED!! I WILL LEARN BY MY MISTAKES AND WILL ALWAYS LOOK AT REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING OUT INSURACE. A BAD EXPERIENCE I AM NOT GOING TO REPEAT.

Asking me to send documentation which I have sent 3 times now they are cancelling insurance I have been trying to get through to them all day to speak to someone but to no avail all they do is take your money then cancel dont even consider them go somewhere else watch will be informed

Need to give customers more information when this insurance provider is not able to cover their insurance. This insurance was not able to cover me because I had written 10 years (No claims Bonus) NCB instead of 11 years. Which is a goood thing by the way. However instead of giving me a better quote, after ringing and calling constantly for 5 days and not being explained what is going on, I was told to find a different insurance. The customer service and sales department experience was very poor, I kept being transferred from one call to the next, with no one being able to help me over such a small matter. I tried emailing me but, no body was able to respond to me. They just lost a customer.

Taken out insurance with go skippy in January wanted to change my policy over to business for work purposes but cannot speak to an advisor to change it,they fob you off & say they will call you back . I've waited 3 days now & when I hang on for over 20 minutes they say they are now closed & ring on Monday. My advice is don't ever get car insurance with go skippy, I'm going to cancel & go with someone else. They mess you about once they have taken your money they don't care less. Crap customer service. Never will go with this company again.

This car company have just tried to gain more money from myself. After a quick chat about going to the FOS they quickly backed down. do not let them tell you your no claims are not valid,and ask for everything in writing. It's a south African company and I would avoid them at all costs

The insurance is a compete mess!! The customer service are disrespectful and poor! Sorting the same thing out for about 2 weeks now and still not sorted! Think the company should be shit down it that poor and unorganised !!!

I wouldn't even rate them 1 they are a -1000 they are RUBBISH so bad please no one go with them I am currently waiting on hold to speak to someone for 40mins and still waiting they took my NCB IFF ME FOR SOME REASON. Avoid this company trading standards are going to get involved very soon.

Awful company! Did not renew my policy with them. They sent out my no claims letter saying I had one year and had an accident 2016! News to me... no accidents at all and over 10 years Ncd. Can't get replies to calls or messages - continuously get put on hold with no response... avoid at all costs! Worst company by far

Avoid this company like the plague!!! Told them I was moving address and they tried to get me to pay for another years worth of insurance as they couldn't find the address on the system!!!! So I cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund after 2 months!!! Every time I contact them I get another bull shit excuse why it hasn't been sent out yet!!!! The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service.Avoid this joke of a company.Hold times are bad.2 hours in a queue and when someone answers they say they are busy and offer to call you back.If anyone from the Financial Conduct Authority reads these reviews,please please intervene and shut down this company.

Awful company. As dishonest as they come, total liars. Customer Service, when they've finished picking the phone up and putting it straight down, is a complete joke - rude and aggressive. This company should be shut down.
