“Why the hell did i not look at the feed backs before signing up with these useless incompetent people. Im a provisional holder got a car put me dad on the insurance to obvs put the date that ive had my provisional from for them to take the deposit and a months money which ended up being three times the ammount. To tell me beacuse ive have my provisional licence for more than two years they cant insure me. Nothing was said or mentioned in the contract or even on their site before you sign up. Proper rip off company. And apparently beacuse they had to cancel my contract that they are charging me 158 cancel fee. When they are the ones cancling it!!! Got so angry on the phone wasnt the ladies fault but did sound like she was used to bad customers. Which says it all.”
“quite simply the worst company i have ever had to deal with, firstly they claimed discrepancies on my details and tried charging me £60(£10 +£50 admin fee) to change, even though policy was not starting for another 2 weeks. they then just randomly refunded my money without telling me which luckily i noticed and phoned and asked why, i then paid again, they continued to send me about 10 more letters/emails over the following month stating there are discrepancies and they are charging me £60 even though i kept phoning them and explaining the discrepancy has been amended( which was as silly as i had held my licence for 8 years 11 months not 9 years.) then 3 months before my policy ended i bought a new car which i spent 4 hours trying to talk to somebody to change the car over, which to be fair they actually managed to do without messing it up. my renewal came up and they offered me a good price but little did i know it was for my old car i took off the insurance 3 months ago, had i not noticed i would be driving around in a new insignia uninsured. i told them to correct the car on my renewal and checked i was actually insured on my new car and asked that the renewal could include a tow bar modification on the policy for the car but this was far too much trouble and over 90 mins i got passed between 6 different people then the phone cut off! They now continue to hound me by letters, calls and emails trying to get me to renew, i have told them enough times to leave me alone and explained the reasons i wish to move to a company i feel comfortable insuring my second most expensive asset with. i have always took the cheapest insurance for everything but for the first time in my life i would rather pay the extra little and do without the added stress and worry they have messed it up, this company should not be allowed to operate the way it does”
“Terrible customer service. Vindictive. Regularly put on hold for half an hour to an hour and then we they eventually answer and you complain, they cut you off. They are usually only slightly cheaper then others, I would pay the extra money for peace of mind”
“added another driver to the policy on the 11/01/17, one of my guys was pulled over today and my van was impounded with no insurance. my policy was cancelled on the 12/01/17 go skippy were unable to give the police a reason for cancellation. the driver received 6 points and £300 fine. £150 to get the vehicle out of the police impound. no correspondence to say the policy was cancelled. this company are dangerous. everyone steer well clear of these clowns !!!!”

Tried to swap my insurance over to a new car, 6 hours later and an expensive phone bill iv given up and took out a new policy with someone reputable! There is literally no customer service! Complete joke!”

“customer service is the worst I've ever come across. The main issues is of documents and even though I had provide the documents which were letter headed by my previous insurer Goskippy have been absolutely useless at dealing with the problem. But the customer service agent raising her voice at me was a sign that this company really isn't professional at all. In fact I dread having to make a claim from these people.”
“Absolute disgrace. I paid upfront 500 pound to insure my car and then due to some confusion they had the wrong amount of no claims for me. Despite numerous attemts to contact them and sort this i finally got a further bill of 60 poind plus another 50 for admin fees so still within my 14 days i decided to cancel this policy and after beinf insured by them for less than 2 weeks they refunded me £200 charging me 300 for 2 weeks insurance and admin fees. What a disgrace. My partner did warn me not to go with them as they did somerhing similar to him with their redicilous charges but i thougjt it was cheap turns out wrong. Avoid this company at all costs or you will end up paying for it even more. They do nothing but scam miney out of you anyway you can. Its far from the cheap price you see initially”
