“Awful company, staff lie and say they will remove a change then they charge you twice! Only resolution offered was to reduce future payments after waiting at least 2-3 days for a ‘supervisor’ to call back. “Poor service. I lost trust and had to cancel my policy barely 8hrs into it. Some underlying charges which I wasn't told in earlier calls with their representatives. They were not listening to me but rather prefer to give machine, generic answers. The beauty of communication is listen and respond. For them, it is generic and Machine answers. “Took out a policy online 3 days later they canceled my policy for a technicality and charged me £90 cancellation fee said they would refund the remaining deposit but still it hasn't come and so rude on the phone avoid this company I will never use again they were the cheapest but for a reason by the look of it !!!!”

“Poor service and awkward staff - everything seems a chore. They sell policies with items as standard but don’t offer savings if you don’t need eg RAC. They also won’t issue quotes to check before commital. You only find out you’re not covered or something is missing after you’ve paid out in full or the deposit. Refunds are dealt with tardily - I’d avoid and give no stars if possible”
