“Worst insurance company in the world stay well clear all I wanted to do is change my bike policy from 1 bike to another, 4 days on and numerous calls Iv got nowhere! This company should be shut down”
“This is THE WORST company EVER. I have had nothing but a shocking experience with them. I tried sorting my car insurance out with them for 3 days! They kept me on the line for hours and kept passing me around the houses. I was told for 3 days in a row I would get a call back and never did. Left me on hold for an hour and then cut me off! Took my money quick enough and then cancelled my policy as I had 4 years no claims instead of 3. Charged me £50
For cancelling when they cancelled the policy not myself. Eventually got onto the Finacial Ombudsmen and my policy was cancelled without me paying the £50 fee! Still a week later haven't had my money refunded!!! Avoid like the plague! I've never experienced anything like it! Disgusting how they treat you!”

My son recently had an insurance policy with them. As soon as he had an accident they refused to pay out! They then proceeded to cancel his insurance policy! IF THIS WASN'T BAD ENOUGH THEY HAVE NOW DEMANDED £700 OUTSTANDING DUE TO THE POLICY BEING CANCELLED EVEN ALTHOUGH THE POLICY WAS CANCELLED BY THEMSELVES & HAVE BROUGHT IN A DEBT COLLECTOR!!!!!!
Initially it may seem that they offer good terms but in realty they are an absolutely shocking company!!!!! They are given awful reviews by other customers for a very good reason!!!!!!

Been with them over a year, renewed my policy like an ediot, decided to cancel just outside the 14day cool-off period, like a bigger ediot and now im not only being charged a cancellation fee but alll these new fees totalling up to 250 odd quid with no reason or any visible pre warnings. “It is the worst company ever. People if You want to avoid problems, stay away from this company and don't sign anything with them. I had a car accident with the Island Van, head on collision and not my fault as the driver was driving wrong direction and wasn't looking on the road. Police was there, ambulance, witnesses etc. And now when I made a claim, my insurance won't take my car off the road and pay for it as the reason they gave me is that that driver didn't report it at his insurance company what is completly bullshit as it was company and they have to report it any way was police there. They want me to pay 375 pounds if I want them to take my car off the road. Why should I pay for something if it wasn't my fault ? what I was paying you for the last year then? to help me in situation like that !!! is really hard to get in couch with them, is nearly not possible. It get them 6 months to change my address and every time you have to pay 50 pounds charge for any change. This company is one big joke and shouldn't even exist any more.”

“I'm not happy. It took 4 hours for my partner to get through, he spoke to an operator that asked for 500£ upfront just to transfer the insurance to a different car and to keep the same price, my partner asked the operator to hold on one sec as he was confirming with me and the operator hung up. The service we have received today is horrible, it was disgusting! And due to all the stress of trying to be insured on our new car, my partner's birthday has been ruined. I'm not happy.”

“Very poor costumer service and the cost ????? The credit company they use has an interest rate of 55.9% Creation !!! Payday loans are cheaper ?? I have emailed and told to call an 0344 number put in a complaint via the website and i have not heard anything for over a month got a letter today and called them and hanged up after 1 hour 28 minutes due to not speaking to anyone, email , chat, and complaints login and still no use. It has cost me over £150 to deal with them but will i see any of it back ?? Very very very poor”

Took a policy out and then when they ask for security sensitive information that they have no legal right to ask for called them as i wanted to cancel the policy only to be messed about by a foreign operative who didn't speak or understand very good English. Complete joke of a company, an absolute shambles.”
“Called this morning to cancel my policy before start day which is tomorow when i called in the morning some one answer the phone after 35 minutes of waitting online then they told me that the saystem is down and will call me back in 30 to 45 minutes time i waited 2 hours still no one called me back then i call back and waited 65 minutes online befor some one answerd the phone i wasted all my day just to cancel my policy which hasn't started yet.

“I rang go skippy this morning to ask to update the named driver on my policy to having a full driving licence as he has just passed his test, what a joke! They cant update it straight away as they need to contact the underwritters which can take up to 48 hours! So now he is unable to drive as no longer insured! I asked if i can cancel my policy as have got a quote elsewhere and Go Skippy have the cheek to want to charge me £50 to do so! Its unreal, all i want to do is get insurance cover, how hard can this be? They then had the cheek to try and sell me home insurance. Thank god my policy is up for renewal in July. I can safely say that I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN! The first thing you look forward to when you pass your driving test is to go out and drive your car, but this is not going to happen.”
