“If I could rate no stars I would. I contacted them as they were the cheapest on the compare website.
The car I am trying to insure is a previous CAT C, there wasn't a box to declare this on the website so I thought it would be better to contact them by phone.
Over an hour on the phone trying to take a policy. On hold, cut off twice and transferred to different departments. One of which is for drivers with driving convictions, which I don't have or ever said I had.
Promised a call back listed as "urgent" which never happened.
I would hate to have to ever go though the process of claiming with this company. As customer service is poor and they have no clue what they are doing.”

“i took out a policy cause i thought it was the cheapest at the time. they were quick enough to take my money of course and all went well. when i received my policy by email my cover start date was wrong by 5 days. trying to phone them to rectify their mistake has took about 10 attempts being passed from pillar to post and every call was dropped at their end with no reason. this is bad customer service. i just hope i never have to make a claim with this company in the next year.”

“Insurance cancelled after six months. Looks like they failed to pass over the correct details to the insurance company. When asked for copies of the application, they ignored requests and it was the same when they were asked for transcripts of telephone conversation recordings.
They even charge £50.00 to cancel and then offer other cover for over £2000.00, on top of the £750.00 already paid.
My advice, DON'T GO THERE.”

“As long as you never need to talk to them they're fine but their customer service is the worst I've EVER experienced. They will keep you waiting, hang up on you and even lie. I've only angrily hung up the phone on two people in my life, a disgruntled ex girlfriend and a Go Skippy customer service rep.
I know they're cheap but please don't risk it.”
“Rang them to take out a policy as a new customer. Was cut off mid-way through call. Rang back several times on option 1 for new policy and each time someone who sounded like admin/manager answered the phone saying staff would return the call. Why bother answering the phone knowing you can't deal with customer queries? Very difficult to understand anyone at all and once even sounded surprised to receive a customer call and didn't say anything first, very unprofessional/creepy. I almost thought I wrongly rang someone's house. I've never known a company to do it's utmost to put you off before even proceeding with giving them any business.”
