Very rude staff over customer services. Getting angry. Wont go with the company again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and complaints team! Paid for my policy in full! With the wrong start date of 5 days and they want to charge me an extra £250!!!! for 5 days, and couldn't move the start date forward so I could attend my brothers funeral, shocking!! singnle parent ive saved all year for this insurance and then they try add all that money for one weekend!! i am devastated and stunned by a simple date change, and I was also lied to and told there was no number for complaints team, and to top it off the man from the complaints team at the end... hung up on me! Extremely rude!!!!!!!! I now can't attend my brothers funeral for a 5 day gap!!!!!

I want to talk on the phone to change my car insurance, but Go Skippy staff Lady to told me cannot talk on the phone, Only car insurance change service need looking to Online...is not talk on the phone...I try many time to look Online, but is hard for me...not really understand Go Skippy car insurance Online saying ??? I want prefer talk on the phone will be better for me....I very unhappy Consumer spending Go Skippy car Insurance service.

Was given wrong advice on my quote. When I checked my cover I found out that I was given the wrong cover which I had wanted.

They got my start date wrong and then charged 20 extra to change it olus took 24 hours to call me back because they were too busy. They only spoke to me after thretened to leave them

My first year quote was very competitive however when it came to renewal the quote was far too expensive so I looked elsewhere. I clearly stated when I took out the policy that I did not want contacting for marketing. Recently I received two calls from them inquiring about renewal which I declined. Since then I have received approximately 3 to 4 calls a day from their call centre. Each time I answer the phone line is dead as if someone has hung up. Awful customer service now bordering on harassment.

Wish to God I had`nt bothered going with this insurer. You have to upload a load of documents to complete your insurance then you need to provide a "code" to allow them to access your license. Any old people or someone who doesnt have a degree in computing need not apply. Been asked to provide my no claims discount 4 times despite me uploading it. Now their saying my NCD from my previous insurer is not acceptable.

i received my renewal letter which quoted me higher than last years premium even though ive had no claims or acidents within the last year of being insured with yourselves, at the same time i received a renewal notice via email which was cheaper, i tried to ring up and see if i could take out that price policy but your guy on the phone didnt help at all and told me its either take the renewal price from the letter or hang up and take the online renewal price, obviously iam going for the cheaper option as i refuse to pay more this year than i did last year after a year of careful driving!

Terrible customer service. They tell you they will call back because they are busy and never do. Not worth the headaches.

Crap people they are misleading people i purchased car insurance online 4 days later they come back asking me my job tittle i provide them my payslip they still not satified they want me to pay another 200£ premium when i refused to pay they charge me with cancellation fees i have to speak to 3 managers to sort the problem Please be aware do not go to them. Full of $h!t

Basically they renew your insurance policy without your permission so when it comes to cancelling the policy they charge your a massive cancellation fee!

Payment was taken for a car insurance quote only to be put on hold by an advisor to then be informed that the insurance was refused due to the underwriters. Now have to wait 3-5 days for the money to be refunded into my bank account. Disgusting. Do not touch.

Charged me £56 on top of my premium for a change of address to my policy. No reduction in premium despite going from keeping the bike outside to a locked and alarmed garage in a better part of town. You go figure? Previous problems getting hold of them and people clueless on the other end of the phone. Certainly will NOT be renewing in December!
