“everything that could happend has!!! waited on hold over 45 mins then cut off called back to be put on hold again ! asked to send in prove of employment which i did then aske to send in wages slips and prove of employment ,asked to pay more money to change someting i never asked , customers care rip off dont listen or dont hear or hear what they want ,
never in all the years have i as a customer been treated like this ! in total wasted 6 hours on phone , 2 hours on emails back and forth , oh yeah asked to cancel placed on hold again only to be cut off disgusting ....... angry dont come close , a full day of work wasted on this suitation . sorry is just a word wasted and used to much take some action !”
“Car insurance was the cheapest I could find, but the customer service is an absolute joke, no way am I renewing next year, I'd rather pay more and go with a decent company! I don't know how one company can have 99.9% of completely awful staff working for them! I'm constantly being cut off on the phone and online chat, documents still not sent to me after over two months of taking policy out. Disgusting excuse of an insurer! AVOID!!”

“Avoid!! Set up insurance and payment taken straight away however due to their "online error" i am now needing to go to court and fight to keep license as they set up wrong start date so i was driving without insurance! When phoned up to complain the first person told me i was infact insured, 2nd person told me its not their fault and third person a manager admitted to online error so i was fully refunded with cancellation fee being wavered. This however does not help with my now fight to see i am not prosecuted in eyes of the law!!! Terrible customer service and dont't seem to care the holes they leave people in”

“Just had the worst experience with this company. Rang to talk about a renewal, the price they were offering me was 300 pounds more expensive than another price I was receiving from them on the Go Compare website. When I asked why they couldn't match this price, they proceeded to tell me their details are different from the details on the quote I had found, (which were correct). I told him to alter the details to match what I had, as they were correct, and he proceeded to be difficult about this and accuse me of lying. He then told me that they couldn't match the price so if I want to go online and do it myself then go ahead, it's coming up to six pm and then line will go dead, he then he hung up on me. You have just lost a customer. Congratulations.”
“Cheapest insurance but worst customer service. Sent my no claim proof, said unacceptable even though it says address, policy number and how many years no claims. Also want driving license photo of me and named driver and also sent me a link to dvla to complete some form on there. Moved to Axa insurance and the same no claims proof was fine with them and no need for licences etc”
“The guy I spoke to when renewing wouldn't stop talking .When I tried to ask questions he kept interrupting .Eventually I had to tell him to be quiet and let me have my turn.A nightmare.I couldn't understand half of what he said anyway because of his accent and the speed with which he spoke.Any company that has 40% of its reviewers giving one star has a problem.I'm insured but dreading anything happening requiring contact with these people.”

“Staff talk as though they rather not be working with no enthusiasm in their voice. Took 2 days for underwriter to add a named driver to my policy. Shocking to have to wait this long and numberous phone calls getting fobbed off. Not happy.”
“Terrible insurance company takes about 2 days to speak to customer services. Always lies over the phone when you get through to them. Had insurance for maybe 4 months and had to cancel or horrible experience.”
