This is with out doubt the worst insurance company I have ever used. Took me 4 hours in total on the phone to complete 2 cars for my wife and I. It is still wrong on the documentation. I have since spent another 2 hours on the phone and I have emailed 6 times and have no response...... Am I insured or not???? Stay away. I am seeking legal advice.

Terrible company, since leaving the insurance company they have tried to deduct 1 year no claim, I received a NCB letter of them stating 8 years yet when other insurance providers try to verify this they say it's 7! Complete rubbish company

this company is rip off. they lure you in with a fake cost then rip you off on their amendments when you ask for something else and dont give you a choice in the matter!!!! what a joke of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Useless when making a claim and say that an advisory is a claim. May have a great website and are cheap but pay the extra and get better quality

Tried to change the vehicle on my policy and they couldn't do it. It was lucky I had 5 days free insurance from Volkswagon or the car would have sat on the drive for 3 days. I gave up trying to change it in the end as they said they could not quote me on the new car and I would have to be treated as a new customer. They then came back with a quote of more than double to what I paid originally. I said this was unacceptable and had to pay £50 to cancel. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt wth but they were cheap but you get what you pay for I just wonder What the service would have been like if I had to sort a non fault claim.

Got my renewal in at £450+, go online to comparison sites and get the same deal with the same company for £300.06.... really? Called to get the policy to lapse and had the worst VOIP experience of my life

I make the third car insurance with Goskippy and after I maked the deposit I receive a notification for pay a 113 ponds plus 50 pounds amend. The car insurance was maked by phone (not online) and I think that it was fair to informed me about all condition. Finally I decide to cancelled the last car insurance and I didn't receive a mail for cancelation.

Poor service, very poor customer service, forwarding wrong information then having to contact them yet again, requested £50.00 admin fee for documents changed, yet one week on, old info was still on our on line account. The worst kind of company with lack of knowledge and lack of understanding. Never again.

GoSkippy have proved to me that they tried to scam me as a new customer, they falsify documents, they lie to you, they purposely delay in sending out proposal and certificate documents ( mine were sent out 10 days late and this was only after I kept calling them ). They operate from Sth Africa where their staff do not properly understand the English language. All in all be warned about this company

Avoid avoid avoid - cheap for a reason. Terrible, abusive customer service for no reason. Awful experience and I have had my policy less than 24 hours. Please take notice of the reviews of genuine people and do not think you are getting a bargain

Soooo many things wrong with this company, I don't even know where to start! After being sent a load of threatening letters saying they were going to cancel my policy because I hadn't sent them the right documentation (I had - and they wanted so much stuff), I tried to cancel, but they wanted to charge me £75 for the pleasure. Even within the cooldown period they wanted to charge me! After some terrible customer service at the start, I needed to add my mum to my policy for a couple of weeks. Previous insurers have done this free of charge, or for a very small fee. GoSkippy wanted to charge me £128! I tried to get a quote on their live webchat, but they can't do anything on that except tell you to call in, so a bit pointless to even have it. So I had to call (and hold for AGES), only to be given the ridiculous price. I wish I could cancel but I resent giving them any more of my money. I just can't wait until renewal time when I can switch insurers. It's been nothing but hard work with them since the start. Never, ever in my life have I had such an awful experience with an insurer. I just pray I never need to make a claim!

Worst company they canceled my policy with no notice and then charges you for it. Avoid this company they are cheap for a reason.

Their costumer service is appauling! We sent all the valid documents required and apparently none of the were acceptable. A bunch of cow boys who like diddling people out of money. Wish we had read the reviews before taking insurance out with them.

If you want cheap car insurance yes they are great... if you want good customer service they are awful probably one of the worse. Guess you get what you pay for!!!!

These lot use Admin Fees to fleece customers. Appalling customer service. Rude and abrupt at the time of set up, couldnt wait to rush me off the phone. Changed my policy details without checking or confirming with me and then tried to charge me to change them back. Took almost 2 weeks to sort this out! I dealt with 5 different staff and they were all terrible

Signed up with go skippy, had a car accident in december they never told me the claim was settled, when they did thy said there was no money paid out, then found out they did pay out by then i was insured with another company and because the wrong information was provided everything was cancelled DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
