Please avoid this company the worse car assurance I had for the last 20 years customer service are horrible and unprofessional

Please don't get insurance with this company! Customer service is very awful! They just want your money and cancelling your policy!!! Please avoid this company šŸ™

I've been trying to get trying to get to talk to a advisor but nobody answers the phone I took it can u get some one out ins oil Friday and their is aprob I also paid for it in full

Go Skippy insurance' refused to fufill it's obligations when my car was hit and damaged. I was fully comprehensive yet they refused to look at my car, repair my car, offer a courtesy car,or even allow me to claim through my policy. They flat out denied all requests but we're only interested in me continuing payments. Avoid Go Skippy Somerset Bridge Insurance Services or any other name this company is known by. Bear in mind I was happily paid my premiums each month earning no claims bonus and moved into an automatic renewal. It all changed and went unimaginably sour when my car was hit and needed repair.

The customer service team are not only rude, unhelpful but very inefficient and unable to do basic tasks or communicate properly. There is no syncing or cohesion clearly, they fail to add notes to your file or properly update information on your policy or account. 
They request documents from you and you send them to emails they have given, as well as uploading to a portal and then there are staff who are still so totally clueless asking you for documents and demanding you send them. 
I uploaded documents to portal and sent all requested documents not 10 times but probably close to 15 or more because each time i got a clueless email back saying "we havent received this document yet" although i sent it last week to the proper and correct email. They dont bother to update the account, check your previous emails, check the attachments, check the portal. They are consistently lazy and bad at their jobs. 
I attached the no claim bonus and the guy replied asking for it, he clearly hadnt checked my portal document or the attachment to check if it was there
All they do is waste customer time, do a poor job and send threatening email for policy cancellation. I told them about 100 times the V5 log book is under policy holder now and updated, and im waiting for dvla to send back. They do not acknowledge this and are rude, poor customer service, clueless and dont care about doing a job well or efficiently. 
I only spoke to one nice, polite and smart person on the phone, i should have got her name because she was the only one with a brain in the customer service team. 
GoSkippy are a threatening, poorly managed and terrible insurance company.
You can do everything in ur power to communicate, send correct documents, be honest and provide info and call them several times, they will still speak to you blankly as if you havent done anything they requested.
Total inefficiency, hope to never do insurance here again -

Terrible service. Waiting ages for live chat waiting ages on hold. Automatic renewal and then payment date changes from 10th or 19th then it's £56 something a month on automatic renewal. But when I renewed it myself its £63 something a month. Call staff over talk and talk that much I don't even think they come up for Air. Next year I won't be renewing. After 3 yes with them not happy I do not recommend me useless an hopeless and annoying and cause a lot of stress

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Worst car insurer on planet earth!!! Increased my insurance when it was was due to be renewed even though I never made a claim. Obviously I didn’t renew. They lied to me saying I couldn’t use my no claims with other insurers. Waiting on the phone for ages. Absolute scumbags please avoid & go somewhere else!

Worst car insurer I’ve ever used! Non-fault claim fobbed off to accident management company who were useless! Cancelled my policy because my car was written off and I couldn’t find a replacement immediately so they had the nerve to charge me Ā£75 for cancellation! Disgraceful! AVOID!

Not good at all tried to change car on policy, they wanted normal fee but also tried to bump my premium up every month for a car with a smaller engine and not as sporty as my previous. So now cancelled and trying to get my no claims as proof but ain't giving it to me 😔

They have cancelled my policy after two months for no reason! I received the cancellation email and when I called them to ask the reason they didn’t actually had one! I’ve been given an option to cancel it myself and instead of getting refund the still asked for another payment of Ā£82! Very awful experience, very arrogant customer service šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž

When somebody scretched my car, I've been told this: either I don't claim anything and I repair my car with my own money...OR I lose my car and still owe them money for the insurance for almost an year

Yearly it’s cheaper but,! Make sure you are aware of ALL the cancellation charges!!! Never ending fees that you never imagine. . .

I had insurance with Go skippy for 35 days because of circumstances, sold the car so i had to cancel insurance, they told me i have to pay 113 pounds as cancellation fee allomg with the 45 pounds i just paid but for a month i won't use wich they don't refund so 158 pounds cancellation fee, outrageous, scam of a company! Stay away!!

Wish I never bothered, admin fees for literally everything, even to cancel after a few hours. No call centre, it’s all done by chat windows. Wish I did my homework now.

When you try to contact by telephone, the automated telephone systems are crupt and keeps repeating to chose options and then after wasting so much time of client the automated telephone recorded masage says sorry this number is not useful any more,then cuts off.
