GoSkippy algorithm changed or omitted some information causing the proposal to watford insurance company europe limited to be incorrect. watford insurance company europe limited who they used for my policy is not listed at Companies House so presumably does not actually exist and Go Skippy were unable to provide contact details for them. GoSkippy promised to return calls but did not.

I queried the details on a renewal document and go skippy have now demanded payment and will be charging me for a cancellation fee. NO RESPONSES TO MY EMAILS?

Do not use ! Getting the insurance is cheap and easy but do not be fooled!!! They have hidden costs everywhere They have tried to charge me 25£ extra for messing up my payment date, when attempting to cancel your policy FOR ANY REASON they will try to make you pay what ever months you have left of your police plus a HUGE cancellation fee ! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

You were regret the rest of your life, getting an car insurance with this company. This is the worst insurance company Ive ever had. Negative rating of everything. They will take and take of your money. Paying without servicing. Dont ever ever get this company.

Tapped a wall with tow bar , no damages or losses or claims made and they put me down as an at fault claim. Will never use this company again. Don't do the right thing buy reporting something that will never be claimed for. they have a legal responsibility to pay out if someone else claims against you. Let them make the call to report any incidents. Company a joke horrendous to deal with on the phone.

Third class service, would suggest not to go with this company, saying something and charging more than they tell, cancelling insurance without any information, they are charging fees, for cancellation, which has done by them, and amount is paid by us already in advance, after setting up insurance with go Skippy, within 15 days they're cancelling insurance without any problems. That's shocking and hectic period that are given by this company,

Disgusting people to speak to , unbelievable customer care. Ok to take payment off you. Seem cheap on line , ha wait if you unfortunately have to make an none fault claim bloody useless

I will not be renewing my policy as the customer service is very shoddy. It took them a full week just to change my new car details and I was charged £50 for a admin fee, for a policy that was due to be renewed in a months time which only leads me to believe that the claims service if needed would be just as bad.

Hi Yes I had a bad experience because customer service is really bad I cancelled my policy today and I have received less amount on top of it I told customer service to send me cheque or bank transfer Since I cancelled my credit card.

Very bad company and customer service. You won’t be able to talk to them as their telephone lines are always disconnected and they don’t bother to call you back. Never experienced any car insurance company like this.

worst insurance company ever.renew your insurance without asking you if you need it and if you try to change or to canel that insurance, goskippy will charge your! just dont deal with this company.NEED TO TALK WITH YOUR CLIENTS!!!

Very very bad. The staff don’t know how to talk with the customers, they are rude and disrespectful. They try to find different ways to increase premium. To make money. Zero star actually.

it is the worst l have ever seen my policy was about £450 l sold my car and they charged me £ 157 as a cancellation fee

Not happy that you can't pay for your insurance online. Had to pay by phone at an extra cost of £20.+ the insurance representative needs to go back to charm school.he wasn't very friendly. Infact he was miserable. I was glad to when the call ended.

Fine until you make a claim (need them) staff only trained to deal with generic questions and outside of those issues they can't help so will just repeat a scripted answer. No senior staff to deal with issues. If you claim don't expect to get the settlement figure minus your excess as they deduct any outstanding policy amount also even if they tell you, you're able to put a new vehicle on in replacement of written off car and continue your monthly DD plan. Will bounce you between their own departments and Somerset Bridge who underwrite the policy so neither take responsibility.
