“When you amend anything they charge you £50 if it's over the phone and £35 if you do it online. If the online portal is unable to give you a quote and it tells you to call, but when you call they tell you if you don't want to be charged the extra you have to go back and do it online. I've spent hours just trying to add someone to my policy, entering all the details multiple times online and giving all the details over the phone, and being on hold for aaaages every time I call.... Not happy, such a waste of time, if the online system says no and tells you to call they should just be able to do it over the phone for the same cost.”

“This is the worst insurance company ever if you thinking of getting insurance would strongly advise you don't. They are broker with loads of other partner companies they work with.
They have no communication with in the departments at all.
I was involved in a hit and run accident on the 6th of Jan, rang goskippy to make a claim,
Was transferred to a company called Somerset bridge Ltd.
It took me ages to get threw to make my claim.
Once all the details where taken was transferred to another company called vizion for my vehicle repairs.
It's now the 17th of Jan my car still not been booked into for repairs and they have not offered me a curtesy car. We pay for insurance so we coreved for situation like this, if you miss a monthly payment you given endless charges, yet when u make a claim they mess you about. I'm dissapointed with they service and lack of communication to they customers.
Advices go with a company that's the direct insure.”

“Avoid this company at all cost! They are absolute scammers and their customer service and complaints departments are completely incompetent! Second year policy with them and they requested a bunch of documents including a no claims proof which would obviously come from them, other documents all with sensitive data which I emailed 20 times across 3 different email addresses from 2 of my email addresses and they claimed they haven't received it or couldn't open it. I requested several times in writing to provide me a list of acceptable proof of address document list as I don't have utility bills and they ignored each and single one of them, they would only respond with the same message asking to provide a utility bill. They have also ignored my requests in writing to provide their data collection and retention policies as I am now worried what has happened with my personal documents copies which included bank details, address, NI, employment details from payslip. While they have given me a deadline of 7 days to provide documents, they claim they haven't received the ones I sent and the rest they keep ignoring apart from threatening me to cancel my policy and charge me fees. Absolute scammers, this will be my last time ever with them! I rather pay double!”

“I was recently a victim of credit card fraud which included a fraudulent payment to GoSkippy a Company with which I have never had any dealings. Despite trying to contact them by telephone live chat and e mail I received no response whatsoever. I most certainly would not trust my business with a Company that shows such flagrant disregard to the risks of fraudulent transactions. Avoid at all costs!”
