I sold my car and bought another one. I was thinking that I have to change just a car details and my insurance will be continuously. But not! when I have sold my car and bought another one I was 400 miles away from my home! so I called them to change the policy, waiting for answer 4 hours but they said they have a technical issue they cannot quote me to change my car details. they said I have to buy a new policy. I had a reference number with my quote which was 882 pound but when I tried to retrieve the quote it went up 1024 pound with 220pound deposit, which I did choice because it was 6pm afternoon! next day I called them to to cancel my policy and they charged me 175 pound because I canceled!! so if you can calculate I lost 375 pound because of your technical issue! and 142 pound a year!
When I payed all of them I did write a complain and I spoke with Citizen advice borough because it was not my fault the Goskippy must be give me a compensation! But they did not do anything. Okay I felt that was for me enough leave everything and just drive my car! But after 2 weeks my insurance documents still not arrived, so called them again, waited 2 hour. Than they send the document with incorrect informations! I have a protected NCD, and my car price the cheapest on the market is 15000 pound, but goskippy changed to 7250 pound so half what I put on the system! I did write a complain again and they said to me I have to call back to change the details. I did and one of you managers told me that I will get soon my policy. today I got it but with still the incorrect details. I called them again waiting to answer again more than one our, and they said I have to speak with another department to requote my policy and because I change my details I have to pay again. Trying to contact them but nobody wanna answer on the phone!”
“Cheap but terrible customer service held on for nearly an hour to speak to someone and then tried to add my father on my insurance for 2 days. He has held a full clean driving licence and was refused. I done the same last year with my old insurance company and he was added no bother. The girl on the phone was terrible and wasn't the nicest person to deal with. Have sent an email complaint and still to hear back from them. Will not renew my policy with them again. Cheap is not always the best way to go.”

“Premium went up with in a week. Took out the Premium, tried charging me £61 on top because I hit having my license 9 instead of 8 years. Done a new claim with saying 8 years. There was no change!! Also you can not get hold of anyone. There ignore your call and say they've tried calling you. Complete bullshit. This is the worst company hands down. DO NOT GO WITH THESE”
