They take your money and when you go to check if your cars insured surprise surprise its not insured so its a trip to the bank and the police today , I would advise anyone to stay well clear

horrible support for leave.eu. really nasty views on migrants and refugees. Already know I wont be renewing in a year. wish i hadnt bought from them in first place

Customer service usless, do not use because they Charge you if you renew your policy or change a car! I sold my car and bought another one and they charged me 370£ To chenge the car details plus the new car insurance! Customer service is usless they promise that calling back soon. Waiting more than one week so I had to call back! Policy details wrong so I had to call back again... answer we will doing an investigation than we will call you back... How an insurance company can worst like this???

Scammers big time!!!! They canceled my policy just because they lost my proofs in the system! As a result my quote increased £500 extra!!!

Total scam artists. Do not use this company. Mis-sold us insurance and then are not paying out when we have a legitimate claim, they are trying to pull a clause they slipped in that we are NOT in breach of. They even charged us £10 to get a recording of the conversation that took place when they mis-sold us the insurance. Nobody must ever use this company. They are pure con artists. Pay the extra and get some real cover.

Take extra payments, charge stupid administration charges, spend hours on the phone, customer service is non existent, price you're paying per month changes each month absolute rip off merchant's

i hope i wound give 0 star, the customer service full of school kids playing! they keep send me to different service to speak to them which is route in triangle, after made many call they said i get call from adviosr and guess what he again sent me to sales team again to change my policy but the sales team guy said we close it!! its not even closing time yat have 1 hour to close!. i am not coming again here after finish with them!

If I could leave a minus rating I would. Don't touch this bunch with a very long barge pole. It will take you hours of calls speaking to hundreds of people who know nothing of what their job enables, before being cut off. Then you'll get through to finalise a week later to find the quite almost double! W******s

Absolutely shocking! They don't give the option to protect no claims bonus so when you ring they want an extra £80 a month!! The staff are difficult to understand and they just put the phone down if they can't be bothered to help or it's too much trouble! Absolutely disgusting company!

Wish I'd read the reviews before choosing this awful insurer. For some reason the date was wrong for insurance to start, I spent literally 5 HOURS trying to get through to their customer service - still didn't get to speak to anyone. Went on live chat 3 times within the 5 hours and was promised someone would call me back before close of business - what a shock no one called back! I had driven the car with two young children in it not realising I wasn't actually insured, if I'd managed to speak to someone it could've been sorted out that day. The following day same again 2 hours waiting to speak to someone! Live chat promised I would get a call back - 3 hours later they called and said I'd have to pay £38 for less than 24 hours insurance and if I wanted to cancel my policy with them I would have to pay fees and charges... you couldn't make this stuff up and all less than 24 hours of insuring my car with them. They have to be the worst insurers I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with and I feel sick that I have to pay them my hard earned money for the next year as I can't afford to pay their ridiculous charges! My advice... pay the extra for a decent insurer and AVOID goskippy with a barge pole!
