“It took me 2days to change my address they said i could change it on my portal which i couldnt spoke to someone on live chat which then told me i had to ring back as they couldnt make changes online when I rang they said they would ring me back 5hours later when I answered the phone it got put down after getting through and changing my address they charged me£69.80 which I think is disgusting”
“This company gave me a quote online saying roughly 400 quid for insurance.. next day i call up to take the policy out and it's gone up 120 quid. Then if you want to pay monthly they whack 40% interest onto it.. but I have the money so I paid up front.. and this company aims itself at young drivers whose premiums are extortionate anyway let alone trying to pay monthly.. and they only tell you that at the very end.. very quickly I might add! Then later on they'll find any excuse to cancel your policy!! Then your fxxked as your insurance will then be doubled as they've cancelled your policy and every where you go you'll have to say you've had insurance cancelled on you!! That's what happened to myself for saying I had 9 years instead of 8 years no claims bonus!! Which shouldn't even effect a policy as after you've got 5 years no claims you've reached your full bonus.. thanks for robbing me and having the nerve to ask for a £250 cancellation fee on top!”

“A friend of mine tried to add me as an additional driver to their policy. It had to be done in the same day. I ended up having to call 5 times. Each time being told I would have my call returned which it never was. In the end I had to insist they spoke to me rather than hang up. Finally after going through all the details they would not add me as an additional or temporary driver because of my occupation- a dancer. I appreciate the man on the phone was having a busy day, but he was short and did not go out of his way to help me. It was just a repeat of "no we can't insure you because of your occupation". I have never had a problem being added as an additional driver with other companys in the past .”
“What went wrong...? This company needs to be shut down. What they do is entice you in... then decide it's amendment time and go to town on you... then they cancel your policy and charge you again for cancellation fees.. complete rogue traders! Don't be fooled by the nice guy taking your policy details and signing you up!!

“If i could score this company 0 then I would. Me and my mum bought a policy from them a few days ago. And never received any policy documents at all. We tried to contact them and had the phone put down on us 5 times. We then decided to look at reviews and saw the terrible things others had experienced. We immediately called back to cancel the policy and again spoke to 3 different people who all hung up on us which is frustrating after you have paid them over £1300 when we finally got hold of someone the lady kept saying No one was available to speak to us and could they call back I insisted that she answered the phone so she could deal with the query (if not why pick up the phone) eventually she agreed and told us to email to cancel the policy and we refused and wanted to speak to someone about it. They then passes me through to someone else who basically told us they hadn't administered the policy and my car had been uninsured for 2 days then had the cheek to ask for a cancellation fee! I point blank refused and told them to give an immediate refund which they eventually agreed to. Heaven forbid you actually had to make a claim with these people. We went to admiral instead who were £400 cheaper. Cowboy outfit steer clear”

“Avoid by any chance, they will dispute even your personal name I don't want to talk even about NCB or driving licence have driving licence more than 15 years and 14 years NCB no claims same address and after so many years this "specialists" decided to put under dispute my driving licence and NCB and keep asking for additional documents ... I cancelled straight away didn't give them a chance even to play me around for my own money and do another insurance policy with another company no issues as usual for the past 15 years.”
