“Do not use this pathetic excuse for a company! I had 4 years no claims bonus and when i chose not to renew my car insurance they suddenly put it down to 3 years! When you ring up to change any information you will be on hold for an hour, or they will just cut you off completely. Do yourselves a favour and stay well away. Also the staff are rude!”
“I wouldn't recommend anyone to use go skippy. I took the policy and the information they are asking you is too much and looks very suspicious. They ask me to send them my Ncd and my driving license which I did . Again they asked me proof of my address and job title and asked me for my payslip . I sent them bank statement and payslip and they they came back and said they can't accept my pay slip as I don't have my job title on it . I then send them my work contract stating my job title. Again they said they can't accept because the letter I sent is dated 2014 and asked me to provide them with letter from my employer stating my job title and when I started working for them etc . I have been driving for over ten years and never came across any company who would ask so much personal information. Spoke to fraud prevention team even they thought its suspicious and told me to inform HMRC and my bank and keep an eye on my bank statements etc . I regret paying the annual fee now and i advised anyone to think twice before you use this company not worth the risk .”
“Have to pay £3000 for excesses. Had an accident and they rip me off. Disgusting company. Stay abstain from them! Completely liars and I was waiting for the call be answered for 1 hour, ridiculous!!! The attitude from them was disregardful, after an accident they wanted to buy my car for £350 and my car worth £4500, in the car was damaged only front light!”
“Absolute rubbish company to insure with, took out a new ploicy with them , fully comp, which had third party cover to drive other vehicles, only for them to write to me and inform me that it is something they don't offer on there polices, ironically it was a system error, and miracusily they only realised after my cooling off period.... “The company is a complete shark. Took 2 payments at the start of my policy one was in error been trying to for over a 2 months now get them to refund me to second payment took in error and they conveniently don't seem to have proof the transaction was taken. I have sent over letter from my bank to prove this additional transaction happened but all that I seem to get is passed round from one department to another and nothing actually happening. To top it they cancelled my policy before I was even notified with me receiving the letter 2 days after they randomly decided to cancel the policy. So now I still fighting to get my money off them. Don't go with them as they are robbing crooks.”

I have never come across any insurance company like go skippy. All they want is to take your money for very poor service plus go skippy takes money out of people's accounts for every little problem. how could someone can not get in touch with their insurance provide (which is go skippy I was with at the time) for 3 working days after 30-40 phone calls.
Sometimes cheaper car insurances works out cheaper at the begin with but at the end you end up paying more money for poor service and lots of headache......
So if the insurance provide "go skippy" above come across good service provide, you can go head and get ripped off by them....
Note: now I always look at the reviews before I purchase and product or service so that kind of things never happens to me....

“I had a car insurance with Goskippy they renew it without my knowledge even after I call them to tell that I don't renew it,because I didn't commit any accidents during a year and the price increases instead of going down with my a year premium,,I cancelled with them after they renew it in the 14 probation period where they charge me anything to cancel it,but they did charge me £120.00 I told to them than I don't gonna pay nothing,and now they send me a letter that gonna send me to court and report me to my credit score.”
