“Stupid 50 pound admin fee, stupid price for insurance, cant wait to go, 3300 for only 3rd party is rediculose! I called them up 4 times to change some stuff about where I live and where its parked and they charged me 200 pound, I can't wait to leave.”
“Though they were the cheapest on offer and easy to set up initially, this was soon offset when I tried to make any subsequent contact with the company, being held for exceptionally long times on the phone at a high rate number which ran up my phone bill considerably, having my account frozen without being informed of it being so, then taking 5 days to change my policy with phone calls everyday and taking 2 weeks to receive an electronic certificate of insurance. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”
