“Highly disappointed this company don't make it obvious in any way that there's no option to be able to be insured 3rd party on other vehicles. Every policy I've had fully comp over the past 10 years has allowed this. I know it will be somewhere in the small print buried away somewhere, however there should be a disclaimer somewhere which informs a driver before purchasing a policy”
“We were paying monthly £51 for 3rd party only. We then moved house and Go Skippy wanted £35 to change address and they gave us a new quote of £69 a month, still only 3rd party. We managed to find a cheaper quote, £47 a month, fully comprehensive with Esure, at which point we cancelled and paid the £75 fee. Be very careful of hidden extras.”

“My policy hasn't even started yet... I've called four times to try and speak with someone about paying extra to protect my 2 years no claims but every time I get "transferred" no one picks up so I'm stuck on hold!! Have been promised a call back but haven't received one.
They may have proved cheapest for insurance cost but their customer service certainly isn't as good...”
“I requested to find out about my insurance policy. The lady agent on the phone told me all sort of lies about claims on my policy which were I didnt know about. I spoke to the manager who was more cooperative. He promised to sort out the issue.”

“BEWARE TOTAL COST TO CANCEL A POLICY £200.00
I had to cancel mine and I was told I would be charged £60.00. After they'd finished with the add ons I got a bill for £99.98 plus my£80.00 deposit”

“Changing over my previous policy to this insurer was extremely difficult after sending the same document mutiple times they apprantly hadnt recieved any when i checked this over with customer service they were extremly rude and one person even swore at my then hung up i felt this was an extremly poor way to represent the company when my policy runs out i will definatly not be taking up another years insuance with this provider”

“This was my second year for my car was insured by this company. My first year, after 9 month was insured, i need to change my car from big car to small car, i thought it will be free due to change to small car, then they said i need to pay around £80 to continue my insurance for 3 month left.
