You Get what you pay for. This company Is a total farce. Once your accepted and brought on board good luck getting a UK call centre. I was over a 2 weeks without a car (even though i took the cover car option) they then were threatening to take my courtesy car off me. Because of mistakes ALL made by GOSKIPPY which after 4 weeks over hours long phone calls. They finally admitted to! I can not advise enough Against going with this company. They are fine and Easy to Deal with. until you need to CLAIM. Then they pass you from pillar to post. And no one knows what the last person you were speaking to was even doing! They also dont know if they or the "3rd party courtesy car company" Are to deal with the claim. Honestly. Go with them at your own peral!

Very poor service Very poor service. Took policy online yesterday stating date 27/04. Called today to pay full year and advisor was not able to calculate correct balance . I was offered call back but no call back . Stay away with this company.

Very very disappointed. ..took a while to get correct documents but after they accepted my NCD they then cancelled..I was on phone over an hr pillar to post and policy was being amended when they emailed cancelled then cut me off.I now have to declare a cancelled policy and struggĺe to get insurance. .In yet another call to them yesterday apparently they are sorry I was cut off cos could have been changed but now deadline has passed..n then no return call..Oh and due to pandemic some are working from home and shortstaffed. .well due to same pandemic I'm a key worker without insurance and can't work from home .

Avoid goskippy. Rubbish company If you make a mistake you are f...d They charge me 600£ + policy cancelled because i send the documents to late. Now i m trying to have a new policy and all the insurances are charging me double because of this rubbish company. I HOPE one day they will pay for every doggy things they do. Avoid this company RUBBISH I tried a lot of times to contact them but every time they avoided to answer to my questions and they was asking me for money nothing else

Shocking cancellation fee charges.. over £150 administration fees to cancel insurance after 10 months due to scrapping my car . Extortionate !!!

So company told me that i had to pay installments over 6 months instead of 12 but i would have to ring them, asked them if they could email over the installment amount, but they never, i tried to ring them when next payment is due and because of the pandemic, all phone lines are closed, sent them an email, they provided me with bank details, which the account number was wrong, they also sent me an email claiming they were trying to get hold of me...but the address me with the wrong name, then they sent me another email saying to ignore. They sent me another email asking me to phone them, but as i quite clearly stated to them previously phone lines are closed and what they wanted me for is to advise payment was due.....yes i know its due, i have been trying to get hold of them for at least 2 days. Anyway paid them and they are asking for proof of payment....no offence do they not have a finance team to check this out. I understand everyone is working from home but this all started before the pandemic, hate to say it but the customer service is terrible 3 out of the 4 people i have dealt with just didnt have a clue. I will not be using there services again..and i would not recommend them to anyone.

Bad company could not make a payment which was admin fees dd payment had been paid that day due to there call centre being closed (no warning of them being closed )and no other way of making payment with this pandemic so they cancelled my insurance with no warning was trying to make a payment for day with no help am a single mother who now has no transportation to get shopping for me and my family what a brilliant company when questioned there was no help just told to buy it again legal advice is being taken stay clear of them

0 stars but there’s not an option for that! Everything is wrong with this insurance company, do not go with it! You’re better off paying more to someone else than trying to save a few hundred, talking from experience. Trying to get through to talk to someone is a mission, people don’t do their jobs properly. I cancelled my policy it’s been over a month, and I have not received my money back!

they are the biggest jokers for a insurance company, I have been waiting to speak to them for 2 hours on the phone. I emailed me then they called me telling me to call the same number. called and emailed them again. what a bunch of jokers

The most extortionate car insurance company I have ever used ! Most recent insurance was nearly as much as my car. Went elsewhere and got the same cover for 1 tenth of the price

Sorry the truth hurts but you cancelled my insurance because you couldn't insure my new car then charged me £163.00 for cancellation fees at least dick turpin wore a mask never recomend you to anyone

Despite a policy holder admitting she was on my side of the road and me providing details of 2 witnesses Full loss details and photos skippy and Somerset bridge will not admit admit liability

After my van go stolen i had the payout less excess and final payment taken off and they still went into my bank and try taking payment and then told me i was in wrong for cancelling direct debit after i was payed out and customer service is a joke make u feel you are to blame for there miss comms from diffrent depts

Like I said before you took off my reveiw I was treated badly you did cancel my policy and now hasseling me for a cancellation fee which has doubled in price I wouldn't write a reveiw if I didn't experience this I will post reveiws else where as I'm discusted in the way I was treated
