“This is the worst insurance policy I was ever supplied was ment to get 11 monthly directed debit instalments but one I paid the deposit they then contacted me to say they could not do so they miss sold me the insurance cover but still took my money knowing this was the case and under the consumer act I asked for a full refund as the insurance policy that was provided was not fit for purpose and was falsely advised to me they have still yet to refund me my money”
“Yes most other companies have offered a refund on policies because of lock down but a profits driven company such as GoSkippy hasn't offered this to loyal customers, so on principle I will not be renewing my policy at renewal date.”
“I had several attempts on the phone and was cut off once. When i got my quote on the phone i was told £7 difference from last year when in fact it was more like £200. Then i was told id have to pay £50 admin fee to change my address which i might get back but given no guarantee that i would.”

Yesterday I had several missed calls & when I did answer 3 phone calls & spoke to them each time I told them I would not be renewing - I blocked the number after 3rd conversation.

“Poor ineffective service, the different departments do not communicate with each other, I originally took an insurance out as it was the cheapest available however what a huge mistake that was! in Dec 2019 I was involved in a non fault accident, - the company processes to follow this event was honestly unheard of - raised a complaint, cancelled my insurance with this ridiculous unproessional company. Matter resolved Feb 2020 by their complaints department... few months later May 2020 I am being emailed frequently of a debt they are wanting to collect which was never mentioned previously, there was a clear letter sent in February after the matter was investigated that there is no outstanding payments to be paid.
the company now owe me money back and are refusing to accept their own letter from the complaints department.

This company has misread my license details claiming I have only had it for 6 years instead of 16 they have a copy of my license so obviously can't read properly, tried to fix this twice by phone. The first time was told they will ring back, and they didn't second time lost half an hour on the phone and got hung up! Truly pathetic service..AVOID AVOID!”
