“Ridiculous customer service, they'll take your money but when you need assistance after an accident forget it.
They're rude, abrupt & uninterested. Already thousands out of pocket because their insurance is incredibly misleading. They don't include being hit by an uninsured driver (they won't tow it either) so beware people.”

“Absolutely disgusted at the way I've been treated by this insurance company.
Policy cancelled due to the fact I didn't tick 'commute' on the original policy details.
I was in actual fact dropping my children to school before work ( I work one day a week) the day My car was hit by a double decker bus.
I immediately started a claim against the driver as he was totally at fault.
A day later my insurance was cancelled leaving me with a damaged car and now a battle to try and get insurance with a cancelled policy against my name.
I payed £70 a month for the last 10 months for absolutely nothing!!!
DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“Absolutely abysmal customer service they try passing you to each department and just give one word answers very rude and I was a new customer trying to stop up a policy.”
“If I could give a 0 I would, absolutely shocking company to deal with, made an error on my policy so yes I'd expect it to go up but very near double, online it only went up £10 but they can't give me the online price unless I start a new policy... “Avoid at all costs. Spent all weekend trying to change my car details, but they claim they could not do this over the phone as that department was closed, 3 days later after trying to change his I asked to cancel my policy only to be given some other bull*** excuse. “Had similar problems to everyone else. Put on hold for hold or they just cut you off and have to start again. Never return call or they ring you then hang up and say they tried. Wish i had read reviews nightmare company to deal with on such an important issue. Avoid!!”

“I had been a customer with Go Skippy since 2013 , when I moved to rural Lincolnshire from East London I asked to amend my policy and a new quote as it would be cheaper at my new address. I was told that my policy could not be amended and that my payments would stay the same even though my car is parked on private land and not a London street, I was very disappointed and thought that this was not right, I was advised to cancel my policy by Go Skippy so I did. A week later I was billed for £88.00 for cancellation fees. Its obvious that Go Skippy do NOT value or care for their customers and focus more on fees that they can get from them. Only 2 weeks after the bill came through I was passed onto a debt collection agency. I am absolutely disgusted with Go Skippy. After 5 years with them would never advise anybody to Insure with them, (especially if you change address)”
