“Had no fault accident spent over £100 pounds on phone bill on hold to go skippy, had fully comp insurance and was told to contact 3rd party who caused the accident and claim on there insurance they literally didn't do there job took 2 years to sort out claims”

“I tried to change my insurance , it was virtually impossible spent hours on the phone tying to get an answer , when i got an answer the people could hardly speak english , was told i will get a call back after they had sent a report on my car i never got a call back its been over a week and i called back several times and pass passed around and told the same thing over and over so i have no new car insurance and they still taking payments from my bank i think this company is a disgrace and i will be reporting them to the financial conduct authority do not use this company its like pulling teeth or even worse .AVIOD AT ALL COSTS !”

“What went wrong! To start with this shall be my second review now on GoSkippy. I was promised a call back in reference to my first complaint and to no avail did thus materialise. I log on to my bank account to discover not only had my insurance been deducted but a further £10 had been deducted separately. I have e-mailed to request a prompt response to this within five days. I should not have to keep checking to see if the correct amount had been deducted! Please avoid as it still appears that this company is not being managed properly and there seems to be continual mistakes being made.”

“Very poor customer service spent 2 day trying to change my start date. Hour for every call so far spent 5 hours to be told 3 times someone will phone me back but no luck next call will to be a cancellation. Very unhappy never going to use goskippy again!!!”

“1 is too much to rate this scam style company! Unbelievably poor service, no system in place, dealing with loads of representatives that don't leave any notes for others to be able to pick up. Charges and extra charges for absolutely everything! Ending paying more than some of the most expensive companies or there! Stay out! Stay clear! Do something to make them stop trading!”

So they canceled my insurance after a month charged me £35 for the month and £50 cancelation Fee even though it was them that cancelled it
