The worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Long waiting times only to be disconnected. Very poor customer service skills in call center. One of those places where if you are a new customer the phone call is flawless. Any issues about payment however was a completely different and very frustrating experience. For your sanity go elsewhere

This company should not be out and running the are thieves my car got broken into ,brok the drivers window and the radio stolen called GO skamers and they did not help at all i was waiting for help on the phone a whol day at first the did not put my claim through although i called and placed a claim then calked them back after two hours they said no claim is been made then the next day they said we will not cover because the car was not stolen we do not cover meliches acts ..full of sh.....Do Not Go With Go Skamers they are the worst

These people seems to employ people on the basis that they do not have a basic grasp of english and zero customer service skills. I insured my partners vehicle with them as they came in cheapest but each time you ring you get stuck on hold for 20+ minutes on an 0845 number at 10p a minute then you are treated with contempt when you actually get through to someone. We had need to cancel the policy and trying to do this was a nightmare. The idiots couldnt seem to grasp that as no documents were sent via mail there was no way said documents could be returned as a physical copy did not exist. The muppet dealing with this kept emailing me about the non existant documents then fobbed me off to customer services and another 30 minutes on hold just to cancel the policy (which had been active less than 30 day) and now I have been informed I am to get around half my original premium back that I paid upfront for 12 months minus a £50 cancellation fee. This company are a bunch of planks and from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere. They are obviously cheap for a reason!!!!

Took car insurance out with Goskippy as they quoted the lowest premium for my grandson who had just passed his test, but when i received the invoice there was another £175 added to original quote, telephoned and they said it was administration extras, this week needed to transfer the policy onto another vehicle, made telephone call had to wait 25 minutes for someone to answer and another 15 minutes to change policy, then the bombshell they wanted another £134 even though the vehicles are the same models, they said this for for administration, if you read this please avoid Goskippy at all costs they are nothing more than rip off merchants.

the people working here are stupid ignorant and most of all irresponsible jerk. i got my renewal with them hoping they are proffessional but unexpectively they want your money. they find ways to increased their income by adding more ammendments to your insurance policy. The people working here at Go Skippy are GREEDY, DEMONIC. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE LIVING IN HELL NOT HERE IN LONDON.THEY ARE DEMONS.

Just been on the phone for an hour, asking why my insurance renawal premium had gone up from £32 per month to £63... No answer from anyone except being transfered to 5 different people... I wanted to amend my policy for a new car... Easy.. Hell no... The price I was quoted was exactly the same? .. I was told however there was a cherge of £60.60 to change cars even though,my policy has 2 weeks left to run and I have finished paying the 10 monthly installments... I stated I had done an online compare and goskippy had quoted me much less! Guess what they could not answer why, so I asked to cancel, but cant do that have to email and they will chrge me £50!!!!! Omg?. Arrggg worst customer service, worst cancellations service I have ever dealt with, they are as approacable as a rabid dog.. Never again.... Ever. The staff need to go on a course that shows you how to be helpful and polite!!!!!! Do not use this company unless you want to pull your hair out, dealing with go skippy is like having teeth pulled!!

Probably the worst car insurance company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Wanted to cancel insurance (paid monthly) so rang up and was on hold and bounced around people for nearly an hour to be then told I had to email the cancel request through. Did that then had an email back requesting when i want to cancel and a reason. Then a couple of hours later got another email with a debt letter attached with my final payment on and a number to ring to discuss payment options!!! Unbelievable I don't mind the the amount I have to pay as I am canceling the insurance and this is fine, but I do not like being bounced around and messed about. They maybe cheap but never again for me, and I'd advise others to stay away also

The lack of proffessionalism is unbelievable. Do not trust this company. They are happy to take your money but when you have to make a claim through a nonfault accudent they close doors and are not willong to help and make you deal with the 3rd party insurance. I thought your isurance company was there to look after you in the event of an accident not Go Skippy they are there to line their own pockets.

Please please don't use go skippy insurance this is the shittest insurance company I have come across ...they voided my policy for no reason it's been one month and it still hasn't been reinstated

Policy cost ever increasing why? . May cost your more then your policy costs for the year if you ever want to speak to them via phone thats if your not left on hold . Random emails they send make no sense .

I called to amend policy ans ended up cancelling...there is no customer service! The call centre is in Africa! When i asked whether i could talk to someone from cancellations they said no i have to email them...i asked why and the advisor told me that those employed within the cancellations department cannot speak! I asked to confirm that they could not physically speak and the reply was yes...they cannot talk as they are disabled!!! Please avoid. The company will be reported to the fsa by me. We should all do this! Avoid avoid avoid...oh not forgetting when you do manage to get through...they hang up on you!

Worst company to insure with cheapest quote untill they add extras on make charges and have premium phone numbers and keep you on the phobe passing ypu from pillar to post! Avoid

I had a Very very bad experience with GoSkippy after 1 month they had increase my insurance wth 430 £ with no explication and when i had ring them on numbers with extracost again no explication i had to get involve Ombudsman.

An update on my situation, after getting back to Go Skippy about my allegedly non-payment of motor insurance policy, the conclusion was getting an email from them and reads: Thank you for your email, I have completed your request and you don't owe any funds on your policy and your policy won't be cancelled. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks Steve Munoo That's my reply, no explanation on where the money disappeared to nothing. Maybe there staff pocketed it!... Go Skippy has caused me slot of anxiety and stress. Anyone thinking of using this firm must be desperate, please follow on other comments and avoid this @*?! company at all cost

Avoid this company like the plague!!a set of useless idiots that take your money and leave you with no insurance this company needs blowing to the moon never again for me don't make the same mistake they are utterly totally useless in every aspect possible not even worth one star they get a great big fat zero from me!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely atrocious. AVOID!! Any requests made to their customer service need to be made repeatedly, on repeated occasions. I had to request my proof of insurance documents, repeatedly. I had to request confirmation of cancellation, repeatedly. I had to request proof of no claims bonus, repeatedly. When requesting cancellation for the second time; they told me their process had changed. I asked when it changed. They replied ... TODAY! Yeh right... I requested they contact me a about a complaint, repeatedly, and they never did. Only the threat of complaining to the ombudsman seemed to have any affect on their willingness to take action. Go Skippy service is atrocious. After giving them a second chance I renewed my policy but a month later they texted me to call them, why they not call me because they are cheap skates. Anyways, I finally got through to them and informed me my motor insurance policy premium had not been paid, I had already paid them in advanced and wanted payments for them to cover me, the query is still ongoing and next year I will find new and better company.

i took a policy out on the7 june they took payment out off bank on the 7 july cancelled my policy not notifyed till the 15 july they cancelled it on the phone for over an hour they said they phone back on the 16 had to phone them back on the 20 july to be told they cant do nothing still dont know why it was cancelled going to take it to the ombudsman they nothing but theifs
