“By far the most worst company i have ever come across. Have made a mistake on my policy and do not even have the decency to call me back in regards to a replacement vehicle. I have been on the phone from 9.00 this morning with no response from anyone and it is now 5.00. The service i have received has been absolutely diabolical and i am disgusted that a company can treat there customers in such a way. I will never ever take up insurance with this company ever again and will make sure that none of my family and friends ever go with this company. Service is disgusting and no one can even be understood properly. Phone lines are so poor and i have been on hold for hours at a time and been hung up on when they answer. “Diabolical customer service. Real bad attitude on the first phone call. Tried raising my car insurance by £400 as I am a new driver (mature driver over 30yrs old) so i said I would call back in an hour after discussing with my partner and when I called back the price had changed and this time I was kept on the phone for 30 minutes because the lady I spoke with could not speak English very well at all. They wanted nearly £200 there and then to change my policy otherwise i couldn't drive my car. What a way to kill my mood straight after passing my test. Avoid these guys like the plague!”
“Absolutely disgusting!!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they are thieves!! What ever you do it's pay this pay that!!! Canceled my policy with no warning after I was told by a none fluent english speaking man called Calvin I would have a Phone call but didn't then 3 days later had a email saying my policy was cancelled!! rang them up after being on hold for 45mins someone picked up and then hung up on me.. So had to ring back then again 30mins on hold someone answered and had no idea What they were doing not the first time I have had to deal with untrained staff!!! Was told I would get a Phone call back I didn't so rang them next day and after being on hold for 20mins once again someone picked up and then hung up then back on hold and got a sarky rude women called Marie. What a rude person she was!! Trying to talk to me like I am a child!!! In the long run I have been ripped off!!!! And had money stolen off me!!! “Worst company I have ever dealt with. Staff are rude, no one can give me answers, just to cancel was a lot of hassle! They want £200 to cancel insurance and when I asked for a breakdown for that price none of the departments were able to explain!!”

“This company is a sham i use to work there for 2 years untill Aron Banks made us all redundant to send the work to south africa!!, He also has ukip in the office calling random people to get them on bored also peepz you can ask to remove the canx fee as that goes in aron banks pockets and a manager can remove this at there discretion just say you will go to fsa and i bet you they remove it! also if you have a refund that is under £5 they will not issue it (apparently it goes to a charity) it doesn't it goes in Aron banks wallet!!! but you will be told you have no refund due so always ask for a breakdown if you canx your insurance.”
“Go skippy customer service is the most useless I have come across in the u.k. you can stay on the phone close to an hour or even days before you can get to customer service. Am highly disappointed in them. I believe they only have only 2 customer service reps. Guys do something about this!”

These BASTSARDS cancelled my policy without even informing me, and when I finally got through there saying I've missed one payment so they cancelled the policy, when I prove to them that all payments are up to date they want me to pay £82.76 for cancellation fee. “Rude and vulgar I am being charged £140 per month for car insurance I did a go compare and on average other compienies are charging £60 per month but because I am half way thru I have to stay with them till the end of the year or have to pay full amount for the year to cancel when queried this and asked to speak to a manger they told me they haven't got a manager absolute joke of a company stay clear folks may seem like a good deal at the time but it's the minute you want to make any changes your premium goes thru the roof and they basically tell you your stuck in a contract with them”

“Complete joke if you buy a new car forget trying to change your policy . Called three times got put on hold 23mins premium line ..then cut off same second time third time got through talked for few mins then hung up took three days to get through I had to get temp cover for the weekend . They then wated more to change the policy to new car than they quoted me for full year with the new car . Total amature phone manner (patricia davis)discracefull and a big rip off . Will never again use these people .. Went with hastings great company thanks too them .....”

Not very impressed. Paid for car insurance in full at start of policy. Received a renewal letter 11 months later and we called to tell them not to automatically renew. 3 weeks later we get a letter demanding £350.
Calling customer service took 20 mins to get through and we were passed from pillar to post to complain. after 65 minutes, we were told they did not know how the amount was so much that we owed but we shouldn't have cancelled our policy and there was no manager to talk to.
All in all its just terrible customer service. If you have a problem, bypass their customer service 0844 number and look at customer complaints and it will give you a direct 0117 number which was answered immediately.
You get what you pay for and if you want a cheap quote then I suppose you have to expect crappy customer service with the poorest English skills of any customer service centre I have dealt with.
