“totally rubbish company ... had to cancel my insurance with them because i couldnt get through to them for changeover to another car so lost money and cost a fortune in phone calls over a weeks period ....also they sent me a 2 years NCB when it should have been at least 7 years ..now my other insurance want my ncb proof and im not sure what to do about it beacause i put 7 YEARS :( ..... I HAVE WROTE A COMPLAINTS letter and lots of e mails but still nothing from them .... and today i got a letter through post asking if i want to renew my insurance with them :o WHAT A JOKE GO SKIPPY ARE”

“Cancelled insurance due waiting 45 minutes one day no answer phoned the next day 52 minutes no answer then the following 1 hour 25 minutes,spoke to a gentleman I couldn't even understand and my quote went from £200 to £680 so I cancelled and I'm still waiting for a refund 4 days later I have emailed 4 times still no reply and my phone calls have been a whopping £52.ive been driving for 25 years and have no problems before this company is absolutely shocking new insurance with a different company was £270 I think I'll speak to the bank and get them to retrieve.stay away people cheap at first then shockingly expensive.”

“horrendous company to deal with, cancelled my insurance by text message at 8.30pm when there offices were closed and i could not resolve the issue, which turned out they didn't accept my documents saying they were unclear when my previous insurer was happy with them. They Never answer calls on a premium rate number, they seem incapable of deciding how to contact you. Will not accept complaints via recorded post.
I have now decided to report them to the ombudsman as my complaints have still not been rectified. Avoid this company at all costs (pardon the pun) because by the time you have finished you could of bought a porshce!!”

“Worst service ever waiting on phone for upto 35 minutes for the last three days went to pick up new car phoned from dealer still waiting 3 hours to be cut off and put on hold emailed and was told someone will be with you in 25 mins no call and that was yesterday calls cost me for 1 call £51 I think I'll be cancelling crap service”

“Awful from start to finish, it took 6 months to get a copy of our policy, along with 12 different phone calls and copious emails to try and chase them. We just changed our car and tried to change the details over but it was too expensive with them so we tried to cancel it. 112 minutes we were on hold for to get through to them. They've been completely awful with the worst customer service I've experienced. They were arrogant and down right rude and their level of professionalism left everything to be desired”

I've been trying to get sense out of this company for over two weeks, I managed to change my address details but when it comes to altering the policy to add business use I was told by at least 6 different people they don't have a cover for business use!!! I'm a carer and need this for my work, they told me I would just need to add commuting onto my policy, all sounds pretty straightforward you would think!! It's now two weeks later and I've still not had a copy of my new policy and can't seem to get through to anyone who knows what's going on. this company are AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, steer well clear unless you never want to make a claim or alteration to your policy, bunch of cowboys who are only interested in renewing or new policies.”
