Very poor service!!! very poor!!!! not recommend.. I thank God to not to need to do any claiming while insured with them! Just for asking for NO Claim Bonus letter - so many emails sent, so many phone calls made and just holding listening some crappy music... They are answering the phone if you choose \"sale\" or \"renew\" but not only customer service...

Absolutely Dreadful... I just want to add a named driver. Currently on hold and listening to a repetitive loop of \"Skippy, Skippy, Skippy the Marsh Kangaroo\" whilst waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins so far... Probably going to cancel my insurance instead now. God forbid I should ever have to make a claim. Thanks but no thanks...

Was originally quoted £587 and requested a call back as I had to swap some money around to debit card account.... no call back...waited...and waited...and waited. No luck...so a week later I call back only to be told I now have to pay £681 which they kindly reduced to £631..... funny how this company can answer phones quick when they want your money but a call to customer services takes a long time. Got to point where ive contacted bbc watchdog as I dont believe customers should be ripped off like this. I suggest you all do the same....id like to see these bastards on the tv!

Very Poor customer service. Rang 5 times. Hold me for 50 minutes. Nobody responded. When you try to cancel your policy then nobody respond.

Go skippy have to be the worst company ever canceled my partners insurance without any warning wasn't intill we were stopped with police and flashed up no insurance so first thing the smorning go skippy was contacted at around half past nine didnt get through to anyone untill 12 noon when u finally do speak to someone and explain the situation u are put on hold for half a hour to then hear the hanged up tone go skippy were calleed bk repedidly but never got to the botton of this messy mistake on there behalf have also taken money from my account once insurence claim was discontinued have had to go with another insurance but will follow this up to i have my 400 pound owed to me !!!! WOULDENT GO NEAR COWBOYS COME TO MIND

My son has been trying to contact his car insurance company for 2 weeks now (Go Skippy)! All he wants is to get a quote to change his policy over to a different car! We have written to Go Skippy recently, recorded delivery which was signed for by 'Skippy'! We have sent 7 emails and phoned 4 times with a waiting time of approx 45 minutes average hanging on the phone each time and getting nowhere fast! My home phone actually died during one of the calls and I still didn't get through to anyone! I've had a couple of emails back from different individuals stating they've tried to call either my son or me! I have then asked which number they've tried as they have been given 3 numbers (2 of which are mobiles!) and an email address! You would think if they can't get through on one of the phones they would try another one!! To date we are still waiting for this simple request to be completed by Go Skippy! I don't know if anyone else has complained about them but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! My son is now without a car and we need to get this sorted asap as he works In out of the way places and public transport is non existent in some areas that he works! We are both at the end of our tether with this company who, in Harry Potter terms, \"shall not be named!\"

STAY WELL CLEAR!! I opted for windscreen cover on top of my premium, when I got a crack in my windscreen I phoned go skippy to arrange replacement, to my surprise they said they wouldn't cover the costs!! So they've charged me for windscreen cover but won't actually cover me! Costumer service are very rude, having been on hold for a good 40 minutes I still didn't resolve my queiry.

Rubbish, they never answer their phone, keep asking me to send proof of licence which they told me received and still emailing asking for it or will cancel my insurance. Also my policy was originally £349 which they doubled to ?£700!!, can't get through to them to ask why!???? hate this company already!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Seriously, the worst customer service ever. It is impossible to speak to customer services. They must have about 5 staff members as ive been trying for over a week to cancel my policy. No one calls you back, no one responds to emails or the complaints form. Its honestly the worst company ive ever dealt with. If i hear that stupid Skippy the bush kangaroo music on hold for one more second i think i may kill myself.

DO NOT USE GOSKIPPY!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! All I want to do is move my insurance to another car following an accident 4 days ago.... I have been on the phone since 12pm today and the time is now 6pm. I have spoken to about 10 different people today passing me back and forth to the switch board and when I started to complain the man became very abrupt and iv had the phone put down on me numerous times, then its back to square one!!! So upset as I have eldery clients relying on my care tomorrow and now iv got to tell them I cant get to them god forbid anything happens to them!!!!! Ive never done a blog before but if I can save someone the stress of what im going through now, i will...... They are quick enough to take your money but if you need to sort anything out with them they don't want to know.....

The worst service in the world ever do not insure with goskippy. Stay well away they are absolutley terrible. You cant get through on the phone for ages then when you do eventually get through you get put on hold then you run out of credit and they dont phone you back even if you ask them to. So so bad. Stay away from goskippy

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES. HAD TO WAIT FOR OVER ONE HOUR ON THE PHONE FOR MY NCB . You will lose a lot of money on your phone bills

Terrible service when trying to contact this company by phone. I cancelled my policy rather than paying the very high fees required to make any changes. Not helpful at all. not recommended.

Don't get insured by this company. Very bad customer service. They ignore all your emails and will never give you a refund. Stay away from this company it's better off insuring elsewhere.

Never useing this company Again, went with them last year as came up cheapest paid my deposit sent no claims off etc, for then to cancel my policy after 10 days saying they didn't receive my no claims proof, I had to pay £58 to be back up n running to find out they had my info!! No refund tho I then bought a new car go Skippy charged me £200 to transfer over n said it cost more as it was a larger car I went from 1.2 to 1.4!! I paid as need my car for work, now time for renewal I ring to speak to them saying I'll go elsewhere as they can't match the quote I'd got from Lloyd's bank for the snotty bitch was so rude to me then hang up!! I received a letter from highway to say a payment plan has been set up to continue my renewal I've rang go Skippy to find out what's going on on hold 55 mins then passed around spoke to someone who just sent an email now I've got a bill for £171 because I cancelled........ Didn't even renew in the 1st place sorry for the rant but this company r arseholes n have no clue what they r doing plus keep sending letters to my old house even tho I'd changed address with them pissed off is an understatement.

Hi there One of my nephew his name is IQBAL AZHAR 26 selby street nelson had car insurance from goskipy insurer at the almost last week of the May 2015 online as usual so many term and condition been thrown in my ear.i want to mention here that they are Italian national holding 6 years no claims bonus from Italian insurance company called SAI. When I told to the lady been giving me the quote for insurance that they have Italian 6 years no claim bonus and that is in Italian language she said no problem for that after insurance been don u take that no claim bonus to the DVLA to translate in to the English they will do it with the small fee I said no problem I will do it. When I rung DVLA they said they don't provide such a service.then I arranged from translation company pay them to translate that and then scene all his document and email to them.one and half month ago every week they want his document to be emailed.and when I rung them they said oooohhhhh yeh we received them.but we need the phone number and email of the Italian company other wise the insurance will be canceld.we provide those details as well then last week they send the email that your insurance company not replying our emails.u need to ring them to reply our email then Mr IQBAL AZHAR ring to the Italian insurance company they said we hv revived the email from UK but there's no name or any ref number on it.this was last Friday 26/06/2015 Then we ring goskipy that u sent the email with no ref they ok we Gona sent it agin then by that time Italian insurance company close for the day and they will open on Monday Remember we had 28/06/2015 last date for insurance witch one is this Sunday And from bigning we paid goskipy £200 and then 15/06/2015 paid again £97 pound and from Today we are without insurance To be honest this company is such a lair they dosnt know wot they saying and wot they wont after spending £297 pound we are still with no insurance Shame on u riper

I am absolutely disgusted with their service I've been insured 2 weeks with these jokers and paid 150 pound upfront only to be told my insurance has been cancelled because I've held my license for 11 years don't remember reading that in their policy and they told me I either renew it for 55 pound or loose the lot and the silly cow on the phone was nothing but a rude arrogant cow so now I'm without insurance and out of pocket never will I use this pathetic company if that's wat you wanna call it ever again please do not use these jokers

I stay on the line exactly 2 hours and just I lesson to the funny music. It's 1 week ,and none didn't answer me on the phone and just they pass me to each other. When is finished this year I live this insurance, because it's very very very funny and very bad on the customer service. Please don't get the this insurance and let's go for a another insurance company.
