“They may be a decent priced broker company but their customer service skills are absolutely shocking they can’t wait to get you off the phone it’s like they try rush through the conversation, no have a nice day or enjoy my your day they hang up on you soon as you say nothing else to help with glad I’ve left! Only gave 3 stars because of the pricing of the insurance.”
“I was happy for 3 years till my renewal recently rabish reason telling me no renewal because my car is to old while lots of old classic cars on the road. My car is solid for 21 years old vw. Got m. O. T means it's road worded can be on road it's lot safer and reliable then most new cars very disappointed with go skipy insurance.”

“GoSkippy have been no problem and were the cheapest I could get at the time. I changed car mid-policy and it was easy to sort. The customer service department were very helpful. The only issue I have with GoSkippy is the charges for policy changes. There was a £50 admin charge for changing my car which is higher than other insurers I have dealt with and there will be another £50 charge in a few weeks when I put my private number plate on. With other insurance companies I have used there is no charge for a changing a number plate. When it comes to renewal I will most likely change to another provider, even if they are more expensive.”
