“Quick and easy to set up my policy. I have renewed for a second year as price was great. Staff are always very helpful. Only downside is the very long wait times to speak to a representative.”

“Needed change insurance from car tried the web it wouldn’t work even though I pride myself in being good with the internet so phoned lady was too friendly said she’d activate my account on the web went back in still wouldn’t work so phone again this time very helpful friendly cheerful man sorted me out extra money paid that then to my surprise received letter saying I owed you money if not paid you’d discontinue my insurance phones again another not so helpful lady went off put me on hold 7mins came back to say letter went out as I’d changed insurance to new car but didn’t pay extra on that day. I did got proof told her so another delay finally came back to inform me now sorted I won’t renew next year”
